I've lived in Camberley for the past 3 months, and have come to the conclusion that it's a dump. If you're looking for somewhere to live, avoid it. Live in Farnborough instead. It's bigger, and probably more interesting. Still, if you happen to find yourself in Camberley, here's where you can buy stuff and what you can eat.
As far as food shops go, there's the Sainsbury's in the centre of town. If you're lucky enough to have a car, there's a huge Sainsbury's in Watchmoor Park, plus a Tesco's nearby if you're up for a dose of label-reading. There's a Holland and Barrett in the shopping centre, and a small health-food shop on the road parallel to the high street. It tends to be more focused on supplements, though.
As for places to eat, the only places I've tried so far are the Pizza Express (great), and the McChina Wok takeaway (also great). Oh, there's also an Indian place across from the McChina Wok, but they were distinctly average. I will try more and report back.
